⚖️ Resolution of Consumer Disputes

Under the terms of Law No. 144/2015, it is hereby informed that Casa do Sobreiro – Holiday Units is available to resolve any consumer disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities for consumption legally authorized in Portugal.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to the following Alternative Dispute Resolution entity:
