📑 Terms and Conditions – Casa do Sobreiro · Vacation Units

1. Object

These Terms and Conditions regulate the use and reservation of the accommodation units of Casa do Sobreiro – Holiday Units, registered as Local Accommodation under the terms of the legislation in force.

2. Reservations and Payments

• The reservation is confirmed after payment of the deposit.
• The remaining amount must be paid by the check-in date.
• In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit can be returned (conditions to be defined).

3. Check-in e Check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00.
• Check-out: until 10:00.
• Changes to the schedule are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

4. Capacity and Utilization

• The accommodation is intended exclusively for guests registered in the reservation.
• It is not allowed to exceed the maximum capacity set for each unit.
• Parties and events are only allowed with prior authorization.

5. House Rules

• Smoking is prohibited inside the units.
• Pets are only allowed upon request and confirmation.
• The pool is for the exclusive use of guests; Children must always be accompanied by adults.

6. Liability

•  Casa do Sobreiro is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of guests' personal belongings.
• Any damage caused to the facilities or equipment will be the responsibility of the guest and may be charged at check-out.

7. Security

• It is mandatory to comply with safety standards, namely in the use of the pool and common areas.

8. Data Protection

The personal data provided by guests will only be used for the purposes of booking, staying and complying with legal obligations, in accordance with the GDPR.

9. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent district court.
